Tower Hydroponic garden training
Invite individuals from Sister City Puerto Vallarta to Santa Barbara that are interested in being trained in the Pilgrim Terrace garden growing process after which a small vertical garden pilot project could be initiated in their communities under Pilgrim Terrace tutelage and if and when successful outcome have been demonstrated, an appropriate larger garden site would to be available for a full scale garden project. The training would include budget startup cost and assist with finding funding sources for a garden project that would be sized to respond the the market study and business plan.
